Your order shipment

• International and French DOMTOM:

Your packages are generally delivered between 1-7 days depending on the area your shop is in and the shipping method you use.
Greenvillage is working with TNT and DHL. TNT offers a Express (Faster) delivery and Economy Express (Slower). DHL offers Economy Express.

For all orders above 1000€ (shipping fees and vouchers excluded) Greenvillage offers 15€ discount off the shipping fees. (2)

• France Mainland:

Your orders are generally delivered within 24h (working days) for all orders placed and paid before 3pm (1)(Paris Time Zone). The delivery is made by TNT or Chronopost. Your packages can be delivered on saturdays with additionnal fees of 5€ HT.

Your orders are packed in recycled packages in order to preserve environment. Shipping fees depends on the packed order's weight.

Shipping fees are free for orders above 300€ HT(2)

(1) We take the right to verify payments or in case of peek orders from our customers.
(2) If vouchers or credit notes are applied to the orders and reduces the total amount to less than total needed to have free shipping or 15€ discount. These discounts won't be applied.
